Marmar is an AI-powered clinical decision support platform that personalizes medication safety guidance for every patient. This API enables electronic health record (EHR) systems to synchronize patient context, request risk assessments, and receive webhook notifications when assessments complete.

The API is organized around tenants. Every request must include a tenant-scoped API key via the Authorization header (Bearer <key>), and outbound events are delivered with tenant-specific secrets to support multi-organization deployments.
